Suraj is a fraud person don't believe him. I want to give less than 1 star negative rating but there is no option. Starting he will agree amount after paking he increase charges and too much delay in delivery. And won't pick up call, he speak irresponsible don't care about customer.

It has been more than 8 days now, and the contact person is clueless where my stuff is. They gave a tracking id, which shows my items are still in Bangalore. The contact person gives me a false location and wrong information of the location of my baggage every time I call him up. One week ago, he said items have reached Mangalore (5 hours away from the delivery destination), and if you pay the full amount, it will get delivered by today evening. Items are withheld, because payment is pending. Once you make full payment, items will be moved. They whatsapped me a hand scribbled bill for making payment. I made the payment on the same day, and shared the transaction details. The amount he charged me, was including GST, but he told me to transfer the amount into a personal bank account number, which I did, because I wanted the items to get delivered without getting into legalities. However, I have now realized that the company is simply feeding wrong information to the customer. Yesterday forenoon, this company guy told me that your stuff is just four hours away at Udupi and will reach you by evening. When it did not reach by late night, i called him up. He gave me some story, that the receiving party has not shown up, so the consignment is held up at Udupi and it will reach by 2pm today. Today when I didn't receive any update, I again called him. He said apni tracking id se check karo. Tracker is showing the location as Bangalore still. Despite making full payment and several calls, my stuff's right location is also not being conveyed to me by the company. These people have no work ethics, feeding lies to their customers. Big big fraudsters!! People, keep your stuff and hard earned money safe. Just avoid this packer mover. Please consider this as a warning.

**⭐ Poor Service – Overcharging, Damaged Goods, and Dishonest Practices** I had a very bad experience with **Good Rich Packers and Movers**. They charged **much higher than the agreed-upon price**, which was unfair and misleading. Additionally, many of my belongings arrived **damaged** due to poor handling. To make matters worse, they did **not transport directly from Bangalore to Hyderabad** as promised. Instead, they handed over my items to another transport company without informing me, which shows a **lack of transparency** and **unprofessionalism**. This kind of **cheating behavior** is unacceptable. I would **not recommend** their services to anyone looking for a reliable and honest packers and movers company.

They lure customers with low prices and then demand extra money while holding items hostage. Biggest mistake to trust them! They delayed delivery, damaged goods, and were extremely rude
